Somecoasters.com - what's it all about?

Started in the year 1999, Somecoasters.com is a NON-commercial, free website containing pictures and informations about european amusement parks and rollercoasters. It is a tribute (a fan project) to all the great attractions and rollercoasters, that we can find in Europe's great amusement parks and fairs. It is also a tribute to the great manufacturers, that are creating these wonderful rides. The main goal is to give you independent information about the parks and rides (always trying to point out the great and good facts!), where you can find them and also to show you pictures, so that you can get an imagination of them.

1. Mentioned Rides and Parks and Manufacturers

Please note that all names of the here mentioned amusement parks and rides as well as the names of manufacturers are under the strictly copyright of their copyright holders. They are only mentionend here for informational purposes. There is NO commercial idea behind using a name here on Somecoasters.com.

2. Pictures, Videoclips and reviews of Somecoasters.com

All pictures and videoclips and music and all text (except mentioned under point 1) of Somecoasters.com is own, selfmade freeware and is for private use only. It belongs to the strictly copyright of Somecoasters.com. It is not allowed to use (the here mentioned) content of Somecoasters.com on other websites, except pictures, but only if you follow the rules mentioned under point 4. It is not allowed to sell any content of Somecoasters.com in any way. Content of Somecoasters.com is 100% freeware!

All showed links on Somecoasters.com are for additional informational purposes only. Somecoasters.com is NOT responsible of the content of the linked websites in any possible way! If you are not sure to follow a link to another website, please don't! If you find a link that should not be on Somecoasters.com, feel free to report this to the webmaster via the contact form.

The forum is a free board, where you can place thoughts, questions, comments and information. 4. Using pictures on other websites than Somecoasters.com

You are allowed to use pictures of Somecoasters.com on other websites, but only if you follow the rules mentioned here:
- posting the pictures is only allowed if you post the pictures as freeware.
- posting and/or resizing and posting pictures is allowed, as long as you mention the origin of the picture (Somecoasters.com) beside the picture with a link to Somecoasters.com
- it is strictly forbidden to take out parts of the pictures.
- it is strictly forbidden to take out the Somecoasters.com logo or name.
- it is not allowed to link directly to pictures and loading them from the Somecoasters.com server. If you use pictures from Somecoasters.com you have to plave them on your own server.

5. Somecoasters.com Logo:
The new Somecoasters.com logo is under the strictly copyright of Somecoasters.com. It symbolises two first drops of rollercoasters, placed against each other, and a coastertrain running down the larger first drop. You are not allowed to use this logo for your purposes.
